Being curious: Step 3 of the IEWIN Process

Being curious is about being your own detective.

You are interested in what you consume (food, drink, media, self talk…) and the effect it has on you.

Through curiosity, we cultivate supportive behaviours that make us feel well, and we learn to let go of unsupportive habits that have caused us hurt and pain in the past. We create change gently and sustainably, without imposing rules or programmes that we are bound to rebel against.

What are you curious about today?
