The Process Step 1: Noticing

In an IEWIN course, we work through 7 steps which guide us on our journey of learning to eat what we need.

The first step is NOTICING. This step involves bringing conscious attention to habits and behaviours that have become habitual and automatic.

Awareness is the first step of any process of transformation.

In IEWIN, we notice without judgement or harsh criticism. We notice simply because we are interested in seeing our lives as they truly are. We notice because we wish to give ourselves more freedom and choice. We notice because we care deeply about our own wellbeing.
